1. Membership Options
Membership includes martial arts group training classes only.
The following are NOT included in membership tuition:
2. Class Usage Policy

Classes may be used on any available class day or time within the purchased month.

Classes do not roll over to future months.

Unused classes expire at the end of each 30-day billing cycle.

If Member exceeds their monthly class allotment, additional classes may be attended at a $25 drop-in rate per class.

No credits or refunds are issued for missed or unused classes.
3. Term & Billing Authorization
This is a recurring membership agreement.

Tuition is automatically drafted every 30 days.

Membership continues until properly cancelled with a written 30-day notice via our Holds and Cancellations Form.

Member authorizes Pro Black Belt Frisco to charge the payment method on file every 30 days.
4. Cancellation Policy (30-Day Notice Required)

Cancellation requires a 30-day written notice.

Notice must be submitted via our Holds and Cancellations Form.

Verbal notice is not valid.
-
Billing continues during the 30-day notice period.
-
No prorates, deductions, or refunds will be given if cancelled within less than 30 days of the next billing cycle.
5. Upgrades & Downgrades
Members may upgrade or downgrade their membership tier at any time with 30-day written notice submitted to:

Changes take effect after the 30-day notice period.
6. Late Payments & NSF Policy
If payment is declined or returned NSF (Non-Sufficient Funds):

Member is responsible for any bank fees incurred.

Member may incur additional late fees from Pro Black Belt Frisco if payment is not resolved within 10 days of the due date.

If account is more than 10 days overdue, Member will not be permitted to participate in classes until balance is paid in full.
7. Assumption of Risk
Member understands that martial arts training involves inherent risks, including but not limited to sprains, bruises, fractures, physical contact injuries, falls, and serious bodily injury.
Member voluntarily assumes all risks associated with participation in martial arts training at Pro Black Belt Frisco.
Member releases and discharges Pro Black Belt Frisco, its owners, instructors, staff, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, or causes of action arising from participation in training activities, including claims based on negligence to the fullest extent permitted by Texas law.
8. Medical Authorization
Member certifies that they (or their child) are physically able to participate in martial arts training.

Member grants permission for Pro Black Belt Frisco to use photographs and/or video recordings taken during classes, events, or training for marketing and instruction including but not limited to social media, promotional materials, and educational purposes without compensation.
10. Code of Conduct
Members agree to:

Follow instructor directions

Demonstrate respect toward staff and fellow students

Uphold academy standards of behavior
Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of membership without refund.
This agreement represents the entire understanding between Member and Pro Black Belt Frisco and supersedes any prior discussions or representations.
